We are currently in search of a dedicated Teamlead
Finance to join the team in 1230
Vienna.
Your role:
As a manager, you will be at the forefront of the finance
department, initially focusing on establishing and subsequently
optimizing company-wide financial processes.
Your role will involve leading and supervising a team of
financial experts, ensuring adherence to accounting best practices,
and maintaining tax compliance. You will also be accountable for
overseeing ongoing accounting procedures and the preparation of
year-end financial statements.
You will serve as the connection between internal departments,
the tax advisory team, and the Head of Finance, collaborating with
cross-functional teams to facilitate financial
decision-making.
You will be responsible for financial controlling and
reporting, including the development and maintenance of systems to
monitor financial performance and provide regular financial reports
to support strategic decision-making.
Your profile:
A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a
related field is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of
progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, or
related roles.
Very good proficiency in German and good proficiency in English
are essential.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills are crucial, as
the role involves overseeing a team of financial experts, managing
processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting
principles, and tax compliance is required to ensure accurate and
compliant financial practices within the organization.
