We are currently in search of a dedicated Teamlead Finance to join the team in 1230 Vienna

Your role: 
  • As a manager, you will be at the forefront of the finance department, initially focusing on establishing and subsequently optimizing company-wide financial processes.
  • Your role will involve leading and supervising a team of financial experts, ensuring adherence to accounting best practices, and maintaining tax compliance. You will also be accountable for overseeing ongoing accounting procedures and the preparation of year-end financial statements.
  • You will serve as the connection between internal departments, the tax advisory team, and the Head of Finance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate financial decision-making.
  • You will be responsible for financial controlling and reporting, including the development and maintenance of systems to monitor financial performance and provide regular financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Your profile: 
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, or related roles. 
  • Very good proficiency in German and good proficiency in English are essential. 
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills are crucial, as the role involves overseeing a team of financial experts, managing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax compliance is required to ensure accurate and compliant financial practices within the organization.
