An expanding industrial company in the electrical industry and plant engineering, with a global presence, is seeking to fill a position to strengthen its headquarters.

your tasks

 

  • Drive Operational Excellence Initiatives

  • Design and implement a lean strategy

  • Cross-border development of the continuous improvement processes

  • Carrying out process analyses and potential analyses Design, implement and monitor measures to increase productivity,reduce costs or increase quality using various tools

  • Introduction and implementation of a lean management system (SFM, Implementation of Six-Sigma activities (DMAIC projects) at the locations
    Coaching an international team of production experts

 

our requirements:

  • University degree, technical studies, at least HTL or FH graduate, specializing in industrial  engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy and environmental management

  • Leadership experience in industry

  • Green Belt in Six Sigma, deep knowledge in Lean Production, Black Belt appreciated; Advanced MS Office skills

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Open minded and communicative personality

  • Flexible, resilient and team-oriented

  • Travel activity 30%, continental as well as within Europe
     

 

our offer:

An attractive salary from €95,000; gross fixed salary plus bonus, all-in, design options, future-proof industry in a growth environment, depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is of course possible.
